Beer was brewed here until 1950, when production was officially stopped. Since then, the building has served as a soda factory and a fruit and vegetable warehouse, before falling into a state of disrepair. A new history began to be written in 2000. Since 2018 the brewery has new owners who are trying to bring it back to life. No beer is brewed here yet, but still, it is not the end.
The premises of the former brewery, the brewery cellars and the idyllic corners of the yard are an unusual place for your wedding, which you will remember for a long time.
The restaurant has a capacity for up to 90 guests. Great attention is paid to the gastronomy here. This is evidenced, for example, by the fact that the City Brewery in Polná is the highest rated restaurant in the Vysočina Highlands. Come and see for yourself and enjoy quality dishes made from fresh ingredients.
You can be accommodated in the newly renovated historic apartments. Pamper yourself in the spa. Enjoy a glass of champagne in a hot bath. A Finnish sauna and the services of a masseuse are also available.
